10U URL Division 2 (Beginner to Intermediate)

-Season length: October through March

-Pre-season:  September with 4 practices

-Practices

  • All practices follow USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM).
  • 2 practices per week
  • 1 practice is ADM skills practice
  • 1 cross-ice scrimmage
  • Some practices with power skating coach

-Games

  • Cross ice games each week
  • 14+ URL games
  • URL Tournament (3+ games)

-Coaching

  • Head Coach:  TBA
  • Assistant coaches:  Volunteer parents, to be announced
  • Power Skating coach:  Shannon Bennett
  • Goalie Coach:  Andrew Via
  • All coaches are USA Hockey Certified

-Fees

  • Player Season Fee: $550
  • Players can purchase a red jersey for $60 or lease a jersey for a $30 annual fee.

10U - UYHL Division 1 (Intermediate)

-Season length: October through March

-Pre-season:  September with 8 practices

-Practices

  • All practices follow the USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM)
  • 2 practices per week
  • 1 practice is an ADM skills practice with all 10U players
  • 1 practice per month with a power skating coach
  • 1 practice per month will have a dedicated goalie coach

-Games

  • Cross-ice games each week
  • 26+ non-cross-ice games
  • Up to 2 out of state tournaments, UYHL tournament and UYHL games (included in game total)
  • Usually 4 games per tournament
  • Most of the tournaments will be in-state

-Coaching

  • Head Coach: Katie Kleinendorst
  • Assistant coaches:  Volunteer parents, to be announced
  • Power Skating coach:  Shannon Bennett
  • Goalie Coach:  Andrew Via
  • All coaches are USA Hockey Certified

-Team Size

  • 13+ skaters and 1 or 2 goalies

-Fees

  • Season fee per player: $1,375.00
  • New logo/numbered game jerseys are required to be purchased by all players.  Cost is $60 per jersey for youth sizes / $75 for adult sizes.  Player must purchase one red and one white game jersey.  The game jersey cost is not included in the season fee.  One practice jersey and two pair of hockey socks are included in the season fee.
  • New workout clothes will be provided to all players as part of the season fee.
  • For players who do not have KEWL warm-ups, they will be required to purchase them.  Cost is $70 for the jacket and $40 for the pants.  The jacket and pants can be ordered on our website under the Online Store tab.
  • Travel, lodging, meals, etc. are not included in the season fee.
  • $500 deposit is required to hold a position on the team.

 

10U - UTL (Advanced)

-Season length: October through March

-Pre-season:  September with 8 practices

-Practices

  • All practices follow the USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM)
  • 3+ practices per week
  • 1 practice is an ADM skills practice with all 10U players
  • 2 practices per month with a power skating coach
  • 2 practices per month will have a dedicated goalie coach
  • Off-ice training once per week

-Games

  • Cross-ice games each week
  • 30+ non-cross-ice games
  • 6 tournaments (included in game total)
  • Usually 4 games per tournament
  • Many of the tournaments will be out of state

-Coaching

  • Head Coach:  Matt Genther
  • Assistant coaches: Volunteer parents, to be announced
  • Power Skating coach:  Shannon Bennett
  • Goalie Coach:  Andrew Via
  • All coaches are USA Hockey Certified

-Team Size: 13+ skaters and 1 or 2 goalies

  • Season fee per player: $2,175.00
